My name is Dee, The Wedding Coordinator. For over a decade I have been blessed to live in my passion in the art of wedding day management. Each one of my events receives utmost seriousness and meticulous attention to logistics it requires. My goal has always been simple yet vital: to yield the desired, magical results you have dreamt up for your wedding day experience.

I have a five step proven process that allows me to learn everything I need to know about your wedding plans. Through this journey I use my experience and expertise to ensure that we cover all bases, troubleshoot any issues, discover and resolve service gaps and address any possible hiccups before they become a problem day of.

We are the reason many couples go from feeling like they are missing something to walking into their wedding day knowing they have a professional in their corner and that all boxes are checked and everything is going to be executed as seamlessly as possible.

We begin our process by setting you up in our client portal to fill out some forms.

Next we set up you milestone meetings.

The first order of business is a site visit. Then, an in-depth details + timeline meeting. Next up, we connect with your vendors. Followed by the design of your timeline and logistics plan. Finally, we distribute the timeline to all of your vendors. This facilitates seamless collaboration between your service providers bringing your vision to life.

Next we do a Details Meeting this meeting will be combined with the site visit IF you are a detasint scouple. If you are a lical couple this will be a sperate appointemt from the stie visti. This 2 hour meeting is where we go over everything. Start to fnish, hour by hour, event by event! And so much more!

After meeting over several months to become familiar with your venue, vendors, details, and formalities. We study your event, review your contracts, we edit and finalize the tiemlne and connet with your vendors. We ready our team and get set for the final two steps.

After you "green light" the final tiemlne the next step is reahesal. Wherw we will line up, cue, direct and ensure that everyitng is percet for the day of.

And the last and final step is DAY OF! This is when we execute the plan! All of the owrk you have put in with the support of our tem the wedding day is ready to be excuted. With our timeline and logistics plan we are ready to efficiently bring to life all of the wonderful details and events our couples have dreamt up for their wedding day.

We get you beyond the planning process and on to enjoying your wedding day with your bridal party, family, and friends. Ensuring you focus on making only positive long-lasting memories of your wedding day.

Our wedding management experience is a perfect fit for couples who care about the experience they and their guests will have. We accomodate couple's and families who want to enjoy the planning process but are savvy enough to know that on the DAY OF, they will not be able to execute and direct the to do list for the day if they are going to want to enjoy they wedding they've planned.

We take over the direction, production and execution of your plans, support and manage your vendors/services, and facilitate and expedite your timeline/order of events. Our goal is to get you to part where you finally get tp enjoy the company of your guests and partake in making memeories with everyone.

DAY OF it's your job be a part of the memories of your wedding day! And it's our job to make sure your wedding day is as seamless possible, timely organzied and unforgettable for ALL THE RIGHT REASONS!
